SOLD: 94 blk/ivory Legend GS 120k

Car is in good condition, interior is mint with exception of some slight wear on drivers seat. The body is in excellent condition compared to most Legends I looked at when shopping for this car. There is one small ding on the drivers side fender and another ding on the front of the hood by the grille. Other than that, she's in great shape.

In the past three months the car has had the following work done...

Removed Bose system and replaced with Pioneer Premier DEH-860MP headunit and Polk speakers

Brand new Yokohama AS430tires

New Koni struts with 30mm Koni lowering springs, brand new axles on both sides, drivers side wheel bearing replaced, new tie rod ends and alignment done. I wanted to cover everything and not have to touch anything on the front end again for another 100k

Transmission mount replaced (will eventually fail on all Legends at some point)

New master Cyl

Throttle body cleaned

Replaced tail light gaskets

New radiator hoses, OEM thermostat, and coolant flushed with Honda coolant

Trans flushed 4x with Mobil 1 ATF (forgot to add) I also replaced the strainer inside the trans when the fluid was flushed.

I also replaced the brake pads, inspected the exhaust and had my buddy (who is a Honda Master Tech) go over it with a fine tooth comb. His diagnosis is "she's good to go".

You can buy a Legend slightly cheaper, but you won't find one that has had everything done to it that this one has. I bought it for my wife to drive back and forth when she is out making sales calls, but her employment situation recently changed and we no longer need three vehicles. I wanted this car to be extremely reliable for her and that is why I did all these things to it up front.

The only thing wrong with it is the windows were tinted at some point and the back was bubbled up. I removed the tint on the back window but never got around to having it redone. I can arrange this for a small fee if the buyer wishes.

Just to answer a few questions that people have asked...

The car is an automatic

The air blows cold and the heat is hot.

The car has never been painted that I can tell and carfax shows no damage history.

I am the second owner of the car.

The first owner lived in Dallas, TX so the car has no rust at all. The original exhaust is in excellent condition and the underside of the car looks real nice compared to most cars here in the salt land.

she's a beut

That car is beautiful!!! One of the cleanest cars I have ever seen. It looks barely breathed in. Good job maintaining it, and good luck with the sale!
Would you be willing to post the VIN? I'd like to run a CARFAX on it.

Also, is there anyone in the area who'd be willing to check it out for me?

I have a carfax available that I can e-mail to any serious party.

pmorrison, I'd be happy to work with you on having the car inspected. I'm sure the local dealer would do so for a fee. If you are willing to pay to have it done, I will arrange my schedule around taking it in.

I also just e-mailed you the carfax. :)
very nice GS.

i wish i could get it. i need a 4 dr.
Bought it! Brian was great to work with, and had it taken to an Acura dealer for a checkup (I paid for it). Everything checked out, barring that the timing belt hasn't been replaced, and we did the deal today.

No I'm shopping for timing belt/water pump, and for shipping from Cincinnati to South Florida. Brian recommends Augusta Acura for the parts, and "Dependable Auto Shippers" for the shipping... any other good experiences out there?

Yeah, I suppose this should be edited to show that the car is sold ;)

Thanks Pat!
