I have skimmed the posts and have randomly seen some good and bad input on Yoko Avid V4s.

How are they wearing and performing for those that are using them?

I'm looking at getting 225/50/16s for my LS/GS wheels.

excellent tires man, little on the noisy side (thats what everyone says, i don't think so), i'm looking at either getting them or just going with 17's or 18's. if i get any tire for my gs rims, it's going to be the yoko v4's. best tire made for them. oh yeah and they don't come in that size i believe they only come in 215/55/16..thats the stock size. check tirerack.com they have the best prices. later

I've got the Yoko Avid V4s on two of my cars now. If you're looking for the 225/50/16 size you might have to go for the Avid dBs but I've heard nothing but good about them, too. They're supposed to be a very quiet tire but around $20 more per tire.
