Has anyone tried that metal tornado gizmo you install next to the air filter? It is suppose to force air into the engine quick and add hp. If anyone has tried it, have you all seen a difference?

You are welcome to do a search on this, but they aren't worth the tin they're made out of.

Pat Goss from MotorWeek, who I trust, said just this week, it's much more advantageous to smooth the air flow to make HP. Upgrades that replace hoses like the ribbed ones on air intakes for example on the new Corevette C6 with a smooth hose have proven to increase HP.

It's funny how the show hosts of the "2 guy garage" recommands this product. It has been tried and got nothing out of it. And I don't trust the ppl from "2 guy garage" anymore.

Forget it it does nothing. It just a really expensive orange slicer. And cars don't use oranges. Take a look at this article by popularmechanics http://www.popularmechanics.com/automotive/auto_technology/1802932.html :giggle:

well, seeing as the tornado can do more for performance/ gas mileage than twin nsx engines.....if they cost the same, i would go with teh juicer....
