Talking New Here. Just got An Acura!

Hello everyone! My name is kevin

Anyways. I went to an auction the other day... i have been lookin for an acura... and anyways i saw they had a acura legend and i bidded for it... nice little 4 door. I got it for 200 bux. has no keys but, i can always get that fixxed. So my next project is gettin the ignition done and gettin it running. But i am wondering, anyone got any good ideas of what to do to it. Besides body work. cause im going to fix the dings and paint it.

Btw, i have my own shop so its not that hard to do for me.

Anyways All ideas are welcome. I just bought it and i cant wait to get it to the shop and start workin on it

ok heres an update, We got all the wireing figured out. And i found out that the starter is bad. The rubber booting was even bubbled from sparking out. It just didnt have enough power to turn the engine over. So a new one will be here tomorrow. It is BRAND new. not used . The engine has no problem turning over tho. we took off the tire and went in to turn it over manually to make sure it was gettin good compression. Anyways. So well see what is next after the starter. And here are a few pics i took

Also in the picture in my above post, the fender thats all smashed in has been fixxed

Sounds like a pretty good find for $200. How about some interior pics when you get a chance...

If the car was turning over just fine with the old starter then i see you buying a main relay in the near future.

Ni guys, I'm new to this forum as well.
I just regitrated and wanted to place a classified for a part needed, but for some reason that didn't work.
I am in need of a complete transmission for my 4-door 1987 legend standard 3.2 lt V6.
If anymore has any ideas where to get it, please email me at [email protected]

Thanks, and good luck Kevin with your "project"
