Can anybody tell me how to get full access to inner fuse box on a 02 RL? I'm trying to replace the starter cut relay and can't get to it by just removing the fuse box door. How do I remove the lower panel that contains the cover door ?

I have an 00 RL and should be the same. I have not looked how to remove the Drivers side lower kick panel but that is what you need to do. That is your question. Are there screws showing that would allow removal? You can check you tube for others who may have removed it or you can do a search on google. I'll try to take a look myself tomorrow and get back to you if you haven't found out by then. Good Luck

My friend is very well versed in this matter, I will ask him on occasion!
