Black, Here I was pissin' in my beer about hitting a damn boulder 2 days ago and jacking up my front end, then I see this thread and saw your car. Oh Mayan!

I now think I'm gonna STFU for the time being. Good luck with the repair, I see you plan to rebuild. It will be no doubt extensive, but can be done. Cheers to ya. Plenty of folks got your back right here.

Just take all that debris out there and look at the condition of the chasis. Really just about any of that is repairable, just have to see if it's cost effective. I think you will be able to do it though. It doesn't look like it's too bad. BTW I've had to deal with the front end parts(the radiator support and what not). That whole radiator support/light structure is the same for 2dr or 4dr with the exception of how the lighting bolts up(the coupes have another braket in this area), but you can cut from the other and reweld. If you can find a junk coupe fine, if not then cross-reference the parts and you'll see that you can use 4dr parts as well . Goodluck

If I remember correctly he didn't have full coverage and was found at fault in the accident.

Honestly I don't see the damage as a total loss, it could be repaired. Just depends on how much work he wants to do himself.

well it still remains to be seen whats gonna happen. i mean 76k i really cant sit with parting her out after realizing it really not that bad. i have yet to try to run the car, all the belts are in place. i would run it for no more than a few mins as the cooling system is shot, but i pulled the radiator back and everything seems fine

If he could find another blk/blk coupe of the '94/'95 era for a reasonable price I would recommend it, but he isn't going to be able to find it on the East Coast for less than $4,500 to $5,000.

Personally I think he is doing the right thing by fidning how much it is going to take to get his back on the road. Honestly the damage doesn't look to bad, and could potentially be repaird for less than $2,500.00.

As for the GS, a Sedan is never the same as a coupe.

Im glad your at least entertaining the idea of fixin it. All the damage looks repairable with replacement parts. Are they gonna fix the radiator support or get a new one?

Well from what I can tell

you need

1. Hood
2. Both headlights
3. Top cross meember
4. New fenders
5. New radiator
6. New condensor
7. A/C lines ??
8. Paint job

Is it worth it? Only to the person who loves his car. Hope you had a good tax refund.

i would agree here as it would take a specific color for me to have total love as i do for my coupe for the sedan.

Bummer.

I hear lots of people sayin' they think it could be fixed. No shit! Any damage "could" be fixed. The questions are, can you write the check and what are your expectations of the repairs?

Good luck.
