Engine bay opinions

I'm replacing my intake manifold and valve covers and cant decide if I should keep them stock or paint them yellow like my current engine bay. Or maybe a different color? Any opinions?

How it looks now:

Personally I like stock better than the yellow, but the yellow does look good and custom touches are always nice. I think I'd pick yellow over another color, much to my own surprise.

Tough call ...

I think the IM would look cool in yellow but not the valve covers....

Looks good in yellow. Should also paint the intake pipe yellow.

No, that coupler is there temporarily. Just have to go buy a black one.

The yellow is waay too intense for a stock looking engine bay.

I've never understood your engine bay...seems like everything else is fairly stock or tastefully modded, but a non-flashy engine bay with yellow parts doesn't make sense to me. Maybe it's the yellow - seems a bit pastel to me but that may just be the pictures. If you want to paint them (and i'll agree it does look fairly good with IM and valve covers done the same) maybe go with a darker yellow with a little more orange in it?

EDIT: What about painting the letters only on the FRC's the same color?
