I don't think there are specific instructions for the Legend. Here are the schematics for the ECU:

Can I ask what the AFC is for? You running a turbo/supercharger?

Here is the specific diagram for the Legend. I used these and mine works.

This is from Christian's site


The green wire goes to RPM signal
The blue wire goes to Throttle Signal
