The alignment of the cut in the carpet was not perfectly matched to the double heel density pattern (i.e., the latter came at a slight angle rather than across the curved mat) otherwise it is in perfect and no different from one noted above. A customer would not have noticed it but we do.
We are happy to announce that we have added "true" Berber mats (though not in wool) to our offering of floor mats. This is 40 oz. weight compared to our regular mats which are 32 oz. And of course we have the Plush which is 54 oz. but those will have a hard time with your seat rails.
A "true" Berber carpet has uneven loop height as opposed to what is offered by others which is known in the industry as 20/20 loop. The former will last longer of course. Given the 40 oz. weight, they do not need the patented double density tufted heel application that we offer with the 32 oz.
The price is the same as our regular mats:
Set of regular floor mats: Driver/Passenger and specify if two piece backs or one piece. The 4 piece is $160; and the 3 piece is $175
Regular trunk mat: $160
Combo - if you order both floor mats and trunk mat at the same time: $300 if its trunk/4 piece; and $315 if its trunk/3 piece.
You still have the option of either foam or nibbed rubber backing. Offered in the same Legend as well as any other customization. As always, our mats come with limited lifetime warranty.
The color choices are: true black, dark grey (not charcoal), light grey, tan and taupe.
Reminder, CA sales tax goes to 8.75% effective April 1.
