Hi new to the forum and have a question about the Acura Legend that was given to me for doing repairs on a Honda Accord. I removed and installed the heads on the Legend and have been driving it about a month, now what i want to do is install a Cd changer that will work with the factory AM-FM radio (none Bose I believe).I would like to know what top of the line units would plug into the 8 pin cable and work. A lot of info on line about using Alpine and addition cable.
Your help would be appreciated

Really nice info. Too bad I already got an Alpine for my car. Should have seen this list before. Thanks

Hey Im wondering if #1 I got a good amp and sub...amp-JL AUDIO JX250/1 250W RMS Monoblock JX Series Full-Range Car Amplifier and sub- JL Audio CS112-WXV2 12" Single 12WXv2-4 BassWedge Subwoofer+Enclosure Box for my 94 legend that has a pioneer head unit and stock bose speakers? also Im wondering about the amp install kit, do I need to get the Jl Audio amp kit or can I go with a cheaper brand, how will it sound, perform will it damage? Im new at this so I read your faqs which helped can you give me any extra insight?

Despite Acura is a pretty good car, it definitely has some drawbacks. And when I say drawbacks, I mean the whole electrical system of the car. I am not a top mechanic, neither is my husband. Still, we do know something on the matter and it was extremely difficult to plug in a new subwoofer and speakers (we bought a Samsung, but if you want some other model, check the link https://geeklah.com/best-wireless-subwoofer.html). So, we didn't manage to install the subwoofer properly and had to go to the service center. Another 30 bucks to the total price, please!
