Condenser fan not cutting off after cars off

Just bought a 1994 Acura Legend when I turn off my car the condenser fan keeps running a lot of times it clicks on and off click click click click or I'll come out side 3 hours later and it will be running when I turn the car on and let it get up to temperature or I'll take it for a ride I'll pull over pop the hood and when the fan does come on while the car is running it only comes on for about 5 seconds then it clicks off I'm having to pull the fuse at night so my battery doesn't die any ideas what the problem could be
