Most of the ugliness is in the hood (and paint job). I bet you could redesign it in such a way as to recapture the vette's original style but bring in the air needed by the engine.
Still, you can't really argue with results.

meh, he's a thousand horse shy of that vette, and the vette gets 10mpg. I'm thinking vette wins.

I'm pretty sure that vette has awd. ive seen some videos of a vette that put down similar results with almost the same setup and it had awd so im thinking they are one in the same.
