Doesn't look like it. The wheels on the tow-truck were not rotating. She just reverse-towed that foo!
Once again,I doubt she expected the truck to some along with her, but hell she may have known that the tow-operator was a dolt and hooked the vehicle up the wrong way....
On a similar thought, I've seen where repo men will repo a vehicle, and connect it with the backend up (the way the vehicle SHOULD have been connected) and the car begis to "screech" (fwd) when towed. I wonder if he was trying to tow it on the cool, and din't want to alert anyone he was taking the vehicle????

i know that a g1 (mine) can easily tow a 95 windstar, or a 94 galant, or a full size mid 80's ford truk... up a hill in the mud i might add....
