Str8 Hater on 6-speeds and 5-speeds

Note: I'm just being funny

I'm going to take some time to hate on all you 6-speed owners. It's almost like you all feel superior over us automatic folks. I can honestly say that its nice to have a manual, especially a 6-speed, but us automatic folks still can do some thing you can't.

1. I can drink my Sobe Green tea and still wave at a hottice while turning left. You manual folks can't fade that.

2. I can cop a feel on my lady for duration of my journey.

If you own an automatic please feel free to add more benefits of the notorious autos.

 Big pimping with one hand on the steering wheel and the other behind the head rest of the passenger seat.

lol

I can realize a nice chirp into second gear without using any hands other than one on the sterring wheel, and two fingers out the sunroof, stomping down on the perpatrator to my left or right

LOL

But if shes a real women she can shift with her chest and give head at the same time.... hehe...LOL

I gotta say I love automatics......No hassle driving, No mis-shifts,
NO "If you cant find 'em grind 'em" scenerios, No worries.

On the other hand, 6 speed is fun to drive. My first 3 cars were autos so a manual was a treat to me. My exgirlfriend on the other hand grew up driving standard and said she would never drive auto. I think its a matter of prefernce.

Honestly, I like the instant acceleration of a hard auto downshift. Its hard to get it right in a standard. Also, 6speeed clutches are VERY expensive.

Mixing fun with your woman and driving a manual isn't that hard!

I did think of one thing you Autos are lucky to have. And that oh so important item is a cup holder!

One more note : I learned to drive from my mother. This woman drove a 5-spd drag 5.0 daily. She would change gears, smoke a cig, talk on the phone, and still not spill a drop of the coffe in her hand. I never figured out how she did it, but I know it is possible. If that is, then anything is!
Later!

yea, i really like the big pimpin part. its real nice driving with seat reclined, leaning towards middle with ur elbow on the center console and outstretched left arm jus slung over the steering wheel. something those STIck guys cant do! oh yea and also never having to stall or whatever on hills or backing up on inclines.

BUT, id still go Manual over Auto, way more advantages to stick than Auto.

Man, I don't know how to call this one. i mean I had advantages in both stick and auto. Like this one time I tried to break the ice with this one girl, and told her to hold the shift on my stick and and while I'm hittin' the clutch, put it in gear (while I had my hand over her hand during the shift lessons). To this day I can say I taught 4 women how to drive a stick using that method. I don't even want to get into the "head" thing because I know when i was stationed in Germany, being out on the Autobahn at 90 + miles in an automatic Audi 5000 and getting the "wax-n-polish job was like being in Heaven ( GOD, I wish the States had an Autobahn). I'll have to give the Autos a bit of an advantage with the big pimpin and gangster lean.
