'02, nice day, why not?

It was nice today so I was able to lexol my leather.

Had to wipe steering wheel off still

After seeing this pic I had to go back and make sure I had rubbed in all the excess lexol, as can be seen on the side of the drivers seat.

last month I finally recieved my Legend badge

I put it on, but was having a bad day and it was shite, so I took it off. think I'll wait for summer and get the car polished up right, then put it back on... maybe. I'm not a 100% because the font and size is quite different. it looked alright, and would probably grow on me in time. the option would be strip all the badges for the clean look. I've been dragging on getting the tint too, maybe next week.

thanks guys, I'va been itch'n for a nice day to do the leather.

hey aww-shiet you had any luck on your search? I saw an 04 on craigslist in my city, like 54K miles for $19k. almost had me thinking but my mileage is less than half that and I like my colour combo better.

rims, ya I'd like the look of some nice rims. but problem is I love the ride, she's nice and smooth. and I can't see the rims when I'm driving, so maybe down the road when I get bored I'll do some exterior stuff. interior is more important for me right now. I have thought about switching the wood to a black wood, but the ones I've seen have too much grey, I think some late model TLs have a nice black wood trim option. I'd be all over that if I can find it. I haven't done much since I got her in last september, just peeled the rl badge, and did the chrome shift plate thing. maybe a decent chrome shifter would go nice with that?

B+O the trailer hitch is stock, rest of it if tucked in with the spare. and no I haven't been towing anything, don't plan on it. and I will eventually gets some rims and use the stocks for winter, I plan on riding out for awhile.
right now I'm always looking for interior ideas, nothing vegas

bboarder711- I had the Legend badge on, but it was slightly askew. so I took it off, and am considering putting it on today. it's a beutiful day and I think I'm gonna do my vinyl and plastic today.

max, no it's a regular badge, going above the pass. taillight, just took that pic on my ottoman to show the difference of font and size. I don't think I'm going to Legendize much, maybe door sills. I just think Acura Legend, sounds and looks better than the 3.5RL. Although I think the true Legend died after the 2nd gen. The RL seems to represnt the luxury aspect and quality of fit and finish, but not the attitude. that seamed to go with the TL, which apparently suffers from the lack of quality of fit and finish.

like I said before I'm not 100% on whether to go with this badge yet, but I'll get some pics and you guys can see what you think. I'll probably go with it, but ....

bboarder711- rims hmmm....
still pretty open, to go sporty or big car lux style, that is the question. I like the mid-sizeness of this car and allows you to go either way. sporty doesn't really excentuate the car to me, looks nice but I think I'll lean the other way.
I'm not going VIP, but I like their style of bodykits and rims better. so down the road that would probably be the look I'm going for

also on the look for a stereo to fill the oem space sometime in the nearer future.
