I moved to Canada 7 months ago drove my car from state,now its time for emissions test. I took the test once failed,twice still failed so i'm spending money and still can't find the problem and btw check engine light s being on for almost 8 months.this is the result, so before i drill a hole to the catalytic converter i would like to get some advice to get it fix.

what code is the check light throwing ??? if its an O2 sensor that might help your situation. Drilling holes in your cat will just kill performance and ruin its price on the precious metals market.

Also what have you done to your car in between failures???
