I hope I did this correctly. I have a 1994 Legend Sedan GS which I am restoring for my late pops. It was his car and I promised him I’d help him with it. Unfortunately he passed due to this pandemic and I will be fulfilling that promise.

As you can see the clear coat is peeling and the dreaded wheel well rust spot starting to form.

Would love to hear some feedback and maybe recommendations on what I should do.
