Yes, I agree too low in the rear is an understatement. I've seen others with the same set up so I have no clue why it's so low in the rear. Like Pnoye02 stated above he has a 1 finger gap in the rear but he's cool with it. I've changed it back already so I'll be putting them up for sale.

I just bought the tokico hp advanced handling suspension kit and went to ebay and got me a set of accord coilover springs(1994-1998) for 40$ and just took the sleves and perches out and inserted them into the tokico kit.
Tokico kit includes struts and springs for only 400$ they say it gives a 1.4in drop but i don't think its that far.

I've got a set of the Tokico HP Advanced kit on order. Should be on in the next week or two.

In my experience Tokico has had good products. Originally I was going to go with Tokico HP struts and some Intrax springs, but I didn't really want to lower the car 2". The kit should do 1.4". We'll see.

It's got progressive springs, so hopefully it'll have a decent ride while still maintaining a bit of stability in the corners.

I think the coupes look alittle better than the sedans, I have Intrax 2" up front and Suspension Techniques 1.5" in the rear

if you put new springs on old struts it will sag or lean but over all it looks good next time just cut the stock springs the ride is better. how do you feel about crome i think that would make the car pop. white on white lowered can be to much white.

Thumbs up Has Anyone Lowered Their Coupe?

Can all of you who have lowered G1's tell me how your car rides compared to stock? That will give me a heads up to which way I lower my Coupe! I want to lower my g1 but don't want the harsh ride!! Also I'm running 215/40/18 tires and 18" rims with a 43-45mm offset. Thanks to all who answer!! P.S. don't mean to steal the thread.
