What's up fam, Im looking to purchase new wheels and tires for my legend, The ? Is should I go 18, or 19, or 20inch with out any mods to my fender which rim size and tire size should I be looking for? I'm looking to fill in the wheel well and keep factory sups. For now. Help me out plz I don't want to order and have a set that won't work

18's will be your best bet 19's will rubb and so will 20's without modding.

It's not as simple as size, offset, width and hub size play a big roll in what "will work" without modification.

for example: 20x7 will fit without modification depending on offset and wheel design.

I also suggest before doing any wheel upgrade to have proper working suspension components:

ball joints, struts, inner and outer tie rods etc. (keep in mind that aftermarket wheels are heavier and will cause worn parts to fail!)

Thanks for the advice and feedback. I will definitely keep that in mind.

I just had my struts and inner & outer tie rods replaced. I'll have my mechanic check out the ball joints... is there anything else I have to watch out for?

Oh nice rims I can't wait to see them on your coupe.

my coupe has 20's on it as well as my sedan.

Well unless you want to do suspention work then you went with the right set up. As far as rim size. I had 20x8.5's with +34 offset. The same on my coupe. But my new set up is taking some body modding. 225/35 is what you should of went with on the fronts and 225/45 on the back unless your going for a lift on the car. If not its gonna rub bad.

No it more because our cars are too heavy for our brake setup but also because you do need to upgrade your suspention and brake when upgraded to bigger wheels.

Lol naw I just hate our tiny ass brakes on these heavy ass cars.

So far I have less then $200 invested into the mini rl bbk kit. If you have t2 calipers then all you need it to find the 99-04 rl brake brackets from a parts yard or eBay. Then get the RL rotors.

Yea because I had a extra set of t2 calipers but no brackets then a club member grabbed me the rl brackets from pull a part then I ordered cross drilled and slotted rotors so the rotors were the bulk of the price lol.
