Rim Call !!! And the best looking rims are...

OK, so I have the stock OEM 7 spoke rims on my 92 coupe and I'm not going to post a pic... yet... but I'm lookin for an upgrade. So I figure why not get a rim call going just in case there might be other rims I haven't considered.

So far my all time fav is the TL Type-S 5 spoke rims like frantinez63 has on his slick seattle silver coupe, see his sig at:
https://www.acura-legend.com/vbulletin/member.php?u=3762

But then I saw DSCLegend94 put some TSX wheels on his beauty white sedan and daaaaaaamn... I'm just not sure about the Type-S anymore. See his new installation at:
https://www.acura-legend.com/vbulleti...?t=4805&page=4

What should I do??? Pleeeease help me by - giving - me - too - many - choices - to - consider!

And remeber...

ahem... present company excluded

So, from your rim choices so far, I assume you want OEM Acura wheels?

Hmmm... I guess I really like the OEM Acura stuff (from my choices so far) but it doesn't need to be OEM, just a nice rim.

So, as far as aftermarket rims go, what kind of styles do you like? Color, size, spoke design, if you give me a little more detail, maybe I can help you out.

17" rims with a thicker 5 spoke or medium 7 spoke layout. Spokes need to be straight, not swept or curved but softened edges on the spokes look better than sharp or rectangular edges. A brushed or silver finish, chrome is tricky. I've seen some really nice chrome but it's been on red or white Legends, the seattle silver body colour (which is close to pewter) and chrome seem work against each other.

Haha, well it sounds like the TL/CL-S and TSX wheels fit you perfectly. They both match your 5 and 7 spoke wants.
