Rims again! 97 3.5RL

I have a 1997 3.5RL.
I have this opportunity to purchase some rims from a 2003 Acura 3.2TL
Unfortunately I don't know a lot about this, and have been reading quite a bit on here. However I still am not sure!
The ones I am looking at have these specs:
Size: 16" x 6.5"
Bolt Pattern: 5/114.3mm
Offset: 55mm

I know the 16" part is OK, and I believe so is the 5/114.3 but cant figure out the offset and what about the center bore diameter?
If anyone can help it would be appreciated.

Car2: 2000 Honda Odyssey
