Tire and offset recommended for steelies?

I'm considering in purchasing wide steelies my 92 sedan because I am interested in the wide and low look, I'm wondering if anyone has tried spacers and what tire height and offset would fit on a legend if it is lowered an inch or 2 without flaring the fenders

what you will need is the size rim you wanna use as that will play a big factor. if you wanna drop the car with a tucked look for 6-7" rims anything wider will need fender work.

The rims will be 15x8 I want a wider stance, I looked into some super wide zg fender flares for the Datsun 240z and don't mind chopping my legend since the body is too costly to repair I figured I would go with a hotrod kinda style.

But being conservative ill more than likely get the 7 wide, just checking out my options.

Well if you want wider rims with a drop check my teaser thread I'm running a staggered setup and I had my fenders pulled so I can drop with a tuck on my jdm legend.
