225/45/17 might be a little to wide for that wheel. but it would still work, no rubbing, unless u are lowered, then it might rub a little bit. i'd get the 215's for those rims, or if you really want 225's then get 40-series tires.

RWD ftmfw...!!!!

anyhow the 245/40/17 is actually only 0.13% off...

its just too bad that 245 is definitely overkill for those wheels.

well if anything i'd put the fatter wheels in the front for better grip, not in the back of a FWD car.

thanks for replys... the reason is 225/40 tire is a little less common than 45. and another big reason is i found a good tire (dunlop sport max?) for 100 a tire at 225/45/17 but at any other set up i was looking at like (225/40/17, 215/45/17, or even 215/40/17) the price there goes up significantly.

Yes i know this... they are the 9 spoke rims.(i may be the first legend with these on. i havnt seen anyone else with the '06, 9 spoke rim on the legend, could be rong tho) but they are still 7 inch wide, and 17 in diameter...

yes i will deff post picks when they are on... i am going to wait till prob late march to put them on because of salt on the roads here as well as snow it self makes it easyer to get in a wreck. given if i wreck the car im going to have much bigger probs but thats just another 800 down the drain if there on there... its getting realy hard tho i just want to see them on and iv had them sittin the the garage for about 2 months now
