Miami, Arizona that is :) It's a small mining town about 80 miles east of Phoenix.

A few pics from a short road trip this morning in the coupe, to Payson, Snowflake, Show Low, and Globe, Arizona. Currently 274k.

I have spent the last couple of nights detailing the GS. It received a clay bar treatment, hand wax with Poorboys, interior detailing, undercarriage powerwash, the works. It's pretty much brand new!! Swapped on the C2's for a few (okay, a lot of) pics. I love the GS!! Hard to believe it's got 208k on it.

Enjoy.

Man Tyson you are one hell of an artist in both you r camera shots and the canvas's you drive, excellent pics, I do have to agree though that the C2's look better on the coupe!

Very Nice Tyson...The C2s look sick on the GS, but personally I favor it more on the coupe, more sporty look...the GS needs some full face wheels—VIP style...

tyson wow The GS looks hot! r u coming to tri-state?
Just started a new job and I'll be lucky if I can pull a Friday off for NALM... I'll keep ya posted, but at this point I'm not sure if I'll be quite ready for the east coast trip at that time...

Very good pics tyson and great locations please keep them coming.
Thanks!

Bangs Seal of Approval
lol, thanks Ivan. Glad you approve! If you were local I'd let you borrow the GS until you get yourself into another Legend. :)

Man. That is a gorgeous sedan. I mean, your coupe looks amazing, but I think Legend sedans are more proportionate (specifically, I dislike how fat the C pillar is on the exterior of the coupe). That sedan is gorgeous. I typically don't like white Legends, maybe its just because its so well kept, but I really like your sedan. The rims.... I could definitely go without. But I just don't like open spokey rims. I can only imagine how good it would look on those chrome GSs though. Not sure if you even still have them, but I'd love to see that. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks! Yeah, we've reached a consensus that the C2's are better suited to the coupe. I didn't hang onto the chrome GS's -- they belong to Wayne (Nightshift) now. The only wheels I have are the two sets of regular GS's, the CL-S, and the C2's. The GS is probably just going to end up on its regular GS wheels. I'm generally not a fan of white Legends either -- it seems to be the most common color. I will say this though: It is super easy to clean and it will stay a lot cooler in the Phoenix summer than a darker color would. So I'm cool with white. Glad you liked the pics.

Thanks Mike. Yeah, definitely. That's one of my '07 resolutions -- I've got to hit up a few more states to the east and northeast. Haven't had much of a chance at all to roadtrip the GS, but I may take it to NOPI instead of the coupe this year. I was hoping to chill out in Canton/Akron for awhile if I took the Bridgestone job, but that one fell through so now I'm just gonna have to take a trip out there...

Your C2s are so nice that they transform
your Legends into super Legends when they're on!
I've thumbed through these pictures a few times now,
and they get better every time :)

Chris' sedan is very unique with those TL rims.
Something about JDMs and that bra look very aggressive too.
Does he post pictures of his sedan much? Damn...

k.

He doesn't post much, but I think he definitely should. His car is in amazing condition (205k on it) and Chris was a former detailer by trade, so he keeps it immaculate. It's a 1994 L automatic.

The coupe front end is really battered, it just doesn't show because of the color. It will get a repaint eventually, as the clearcoat on the hood and roof is clouding up.

Excellent photography. Care to share camaera, lens, etc?
Thanks. Actually it's just a point-and-shoot Canon Powershot SD630 digital. Nothing special about it!

Oh yea!!!! Nice as always.... Your camera surprised me when I saw you taking pictures with it, I asked you if that was "thee" camera you always used and was surprised. I tried getting one with a high optical zoom and decent amnt. of megapixels and my pictures look like sh*t next to yours....
Hows the coupe progress?
