when i click on "new posts", about 1 out of 10 times the only thing on the page that loads are the ads. If i hit refresh the threads show up.

this happen to anyone else? its pretty damn annoying

I'm curious as to whether the techs are fixing issues on both the Vibrant and V1 skins.

We've always had minor issues where features that work fine on Vibrant don't work on V1 (such as hovering over a username and viewing all previous usernames, and having the ability to change your username in UserCP). To do these, you have to switch back to Vibrant.

These aren't new issues stemming from the recent upgrade, these are issues that have been around since V1 was introduced a while back.

 

Things seem to be pretty good on vibrant, haven't got any bugs atm except that the AIM chat link is still there.

We are only really concentrating on the Vibrant skin and the Default. Those are the ones most used by members. Getting into fixing the V1 or others would be opening a new can of worms.

About 50% of the time the page looks like this. My favorites direct me straight to the Active Topics and I use the V1 skin.

another problem: When I search the forums, the search pages keep loading in other windows so after a like minute I have like 20 windows open on my desktop with the same exact thing thing. It's kind of annoying.

 

Here's what I'm talking about: after one search. It just piles up like crazy if I don't exit out of the first one relatively quickly. It's freakin' annoying.

i havent used IE in a long time, but still remember switching to firefox like it was like yesterday.

NP. The problem, as you had guessed, was the physical size of the avatar. Anything larger than 175 x 175 will be shrunk and kill the animation.

If you have an animated gif that is too large, you can go to GIFWorks.com! Free Online GIF Tools to shrink it to its proper dimensions without affecting the animation.

 

I have a issue with these blue boxes on the left side make them disappear

Honestly only issue I was told from fellow owners some of them not having 200pms and only having 100. Any reason why?

 

The way that it has been setup is as follows.

Registered users < 50 posts/6 months: 100 messages
Registered users > 50 posts/6 months: 200 messages
Premium users: 500 messages

For some reason I am not able to see pictures that are posted on the site. From Meet photos

 

Had this error more than once, on more than one browser in more than one place.
This occurs when accessing my PM's from the top right link that says "Private Messages".

Another problem I see somewhat regularly (different browsers too);

Notice what it says on the bottom left; "waiting for prstats.postrelease.com" Sometimes it says "waiting on as.autoforums.com" and slow loads.

yup, ever since the update, the forum doesnt load correctly. It's not every time, but it happens occasionally to many members.

PLEASE FIX THIS OR GO BACK TO THE OLD VERSION. I HATE HAVING TO REFRESH JUST TO BE ABLE TO VIEW THE FORUM CORRECTLY!
