hey guys, first off, im new to this site, and im only 17, and i gotta 93 sedan a few months ago, and its my first car... I.E. i dont know a whole lot, so imma sound like a real retard askin the questions i do... butt b4 i owned it, my car was in a flood, and my headlights are caked with dust (on the inside) and it makes the car look TERRIBLE, is there anyway i can take off the headlight and clean the INSIDE of it, to get rid of the dust and dirt and make it look good again?

Yes, but you have to remove the front bumper, remove the headlights and then open them up. I'll let someone that has done this before elaborate further.
hahaha you lazy guy.

Okay, there are 5 bolts that hold the headlights on... you should be able to see 2 of them on the top of the lights. The other bolts are behind the front bumper.

Removing Front Bumper

5 bolts on the headlights, there's another bolt right under the corner light bracket

NOW the hard part You are going to have to polish the inside and the outside of your headlights.

Polish the headlights

EDIT: I almost forgot.... Taking the headlights appart

The headlights are pretty eay once you ge them good and hot in the oven....
Here's what you do:

- PREHEAT oven to 250 for 10 minutes
- Place headlights in oven on a cookie sheet
- Bake for about 10 minutes, be sure to tuen them once in the process
- Pull the headlights apart at the corner, and work your way around to the middle. You may have to do a slight wiggling motion.

(thankyou Leon Millette for the headlight taking appart)

are you serious i have to BAKE my headlight?!?!?
Serious, to get them appart you have to heat up the gule. Unless you just want to clean the outside of the lights. But you have stuff on the inside right?

Does this baking procedure apply to the corner lights, too? and then how would I reseal them when im done? Can they be re-heated and the glue will reset? or what?
I haven't taken apart Legend headlights, but I have done this on BMW 540 headlights. What I did to reseal them was to set it back together and pop it in the oven again. Haven't had any problems.
