i was changing my rear lower control arms ...so i had to loose the upper...when i started loosing the upper arm one screw came out but the other just started spinning round and round...now its stuck in there jus spinning round n round... anyone has any idea how to get that out? hELP! pleasee

ouch this sucks man. i basically had the same problem last week during the national meet.

tehre's a nut on the inside of that subframe. from what i've gathered theres basically no way to get to it. you're looking at subframe replacement,

for now, u need to cut the bolt and remove the control arm. you *might* be able to weld up the opening for that bolt, and drill and tap it.

cross beam isn't bad. u already have the control arms out of the way, some atlaest, they all need to be removed, the couple other things attached to it, and the main bolts, really not too bad.

ck the parting out section or car-part.com for the subframe portion

i ended up putting some shimms btwn the control arm and the bolt. no pics, i can take one those when i get home.

so i ended up taking it to a shop. they charged me $250! jus to get that stupid bolt out. It was a bitch to get out. They weld two new bolts. took abt an hour. Well it had to be done. Now am broke till friday...lol... i'll take pics later. thanks for your help guys.
