ok so i have a magnaflow right now, with all new piping. i am guessing since the remus is a bolt on, it wont fit my setup properly anymore. i dont want to cut off the flange or wat ever its called on the muffler, whats another way another way to hook it up? i was thinking of getting the piece the remus flange connects to then extending a pipe form there to their to the connector the shop used when they installed my magnaflow. what do u guys think?

I'm guessing you got the Legend specific Remus? It depends on where the exhaust shop hacked your magnaflow muffler into the exhaust pipe. They might have cut and welded it after the B pipe, and if that's the case, you might be ok.

Does a magnaflow sound good on a Legend? I don't want a new muffler, I just don't like the loud sounds, but I do love performance sounds as long as it isn't loud. Would a magnaflow do that?

and... if you do get a magnaflow... where would you hook it up to since you dont want a muffler? your head unit?

as far as i know magnaflow doesnt make speakers.

Maybe he thinks that getting, I don't know, a CAI will make his car sound "sporty". Or maybe he doesn't know about cars and mufflers, etc. Maybe you should just post something that's actually constructive or helpful and stop trolling in posts, if you're not gonna help!!

Legendary91, from what I know, magnaflow's tend to be alright and they definitely are affordable!! The only exhaust I can think of that isn't too obnoxious is the remus, and the reason I say that is because I've never heard any of the others in person! I've only heard them in video clips which give no justice whatsoever!! But, in order to get this sound that you want, you will definitely have to add some type of exhaust!! Good luck with whatever you do...

i thought my post was constructive as construction gets.

i defined that magnaflow was a muffler. and not a speaker. add a little sarcasm and dry humor and BAMM... you got yourself a BL420 post.

i guess i just get a kick out of reading posts about how people want to install and mod their cars when they don't even know what it is or what they're doing.

They custom bent your exhaust. If you go to a GOOD performance exhaust shop (rare to find) they'll be able to cut the old pipe, and weld in a flange for your Remus. It might cost you a bit though.
