I think the part may be P/N 75845-SP0-003 GUARD, L. FR. STONE $40.80 new.

The Acura HELM calls it a front side sill panel. A MOTOR Crash Estimating Guide calls it fender lower molding. The P/N is the same I have. Application is LT side, Sedan. For the Sedan there are 3 different clips and a nut needed to install. The MOTOR guide indicates that the type 1 clip is not included with a new molding, only the needed type 2, type 3 and the nut is included. Might be a typo omission, might not. Need to ask when you order.

You'll have to take off the mudguard and part of the fender liner, but not the fender. It pops right in with clips and is secured with the screws from the mudguard and fender liner.
