TM Engineering - Lexus SC300 SC400 SC430 Daizen Sport Tuning Performance Parts
The Front Upper Control Arm are so expensive about 1300$ for the set when i replaced mine.
The lower Try to find out if you could just replace the bushing not sure on that,i could try to find that out from my Buddy at Lexus.
The Lower Ball joint are about 68$ the Tie rod will let you know.
While you there i would replace the steering rack cause it's probably leaking right now!!!!
that i will go aftermaket.
I have a P/S pump in perfect condition if your's is leaking.

Been gone to NALM and then jail but damn man its definitely coming along, looks very sick! I didn't realize how small the 6 block looked in the engine bay when its bare. Twin Turbos will be very cool.

Damn what happen man? How was it? I probably would have went if my SC was ready!!!
Yeah its coming along, a lot of changes tho but i am happy with it so far .
I am waiting for my harness, should be back from phoenix tuning sometime Tuesday.
I change the stupid WP,Crank seal,Rear main Seals,TB tensioner and Idler Pulley,Tstat.
My SC has a rear sump oil pan but the 1JZ that i have is a front sump from a Toyota Chaser ,So i need a rear sump oil pan( upper pan ,lower pan, baffle, oil strainer )=$300.
I have the 2JZ oil pan which is a rear sump ,a lot of parts are interchangeable between the 1J and 2J!! so the 2J pan fits perfect cause it's the same pan that's on the 1J with rear sump.
I drilled and tapped into the 2J pan and bolted the flange for the Turbo oil return line.
*Tonight i will swap the oil pan,
*Bolt the tranny to the block,
*I need to get my intercooler piping.
* I got the Walbro 255 LPM Fuel Pump.
*I was thinking about upgrading the injectors with usdm supra TT 550cc but i will need to wire a resistor pack which i hate, so i will let my buddy handle that.
I will take more pics tonight stay tuned guys

Theres a thread about the jail thing in the nalm forum, i dont really want to get into it again.

Check out CXRACING for some great deals on intercooler piping. Its almost as cheap as the cheap ebay stuff but it is 2mm thick piping, just got a full pipe set + intercooler + silicone connects + 16 worm clams for less than $200 for my crx.

Damn dude sorry to hear about what happen!!

How is the quality on their piping ,i am thinking about getting the piping kit from them.
My intercooler has 3"outlet,intake manifold is 2,75" and the compressor side is 2.5".
Still waiting on the harness fron Dr tweak.
I bolted the oil pan over the week end polishing the intale manifold and the valve covers, they look sick i will post the pics.

Im super pumped/pleased about the quality of the piping. In fact I realized that some other less reputable dealers are just buying their piping and then selling it for almost twice as much!! At 2mm thick its top quality! also the intercooler is quality as well with 4 nice tig welded mounting spots. The clamps are also top quality. Only thing im not 100% sure on is the silicone couplers, they look to be good quality but they are a little thinner than i guess i was expecting. Anway go-autoworks was selling the exact same kit for $400, same specs on pipes/clamps and everything!

NALM was a blast, going to jail sucked.

It a pain to remove the manifold itself not even the polishing process,my fingers still hurts, i got the intake manifold left the valve covers are done.
You should just go ahead and delete your EGR, delete all those stupid vaccum hoses.

No problem man just buy me the Ticket cause my license is no good in VA, so i don't mind doing the swap again it was a lot of fun there was no challenges,no modification required except for the Harness which i wouldnt have to sent out if the engine came out of a Soarer.
It's just a lot of money because sh** adds up ,have to buy little stuff here and there. let me know I would on a Thursday,Start the swap on Friday finish on saturday and fly back on sunday.:woot:

So The twin Turbo SC is ready, everything engine wise is done run better than when it was stock before the swap. It's a 350rwhp car at 14PSI with the Stock Twins and exhaust.
I will be going Single after the Body work and Paint,my Intial goal was 500RWHP but i settle for 400-450RWHP.
I will post some pics of the finish product,I have been enjoying it for a Week now and so far so good,i thought my GS was fun to drive ,i guess not anymore cause i haven't drive it for about a Week now lol.

So i got the Turbo , 44MM Tial WG,Emanage Blue with 3bar map sensor,HKS SSQv BOV,waiting on the manifold and oil line Kit from BoostLogic.
I got the Emanage because 95% of the MK3 guys with the 1JZ swap have been using it and made around 7++rwhp so i figure i will just start with and see what happen!! i will be going AEM or Motec March next year.
The Emanage will save me alot of money!!! It remobe the Boost cut, Speed cut,and Fuel cut , the factory ECU is only good for 1bar which is 14.7 PSI and the emanage come with the 3Bar Map sensor so it will take over anything that comes 14PSI .
I can adjust fuel and timing , i will post the Pics when i start the demolition thanks stay tune..........
