There is currently a plethora of G1s and several G2s at the yard near where I live and drag NuclearSymphony to all the time. There prices are CHEAP, and currently pretty much everything mechanical (most panels are shot from rain) is there and in great condition.

So, Post what you would like, AND What you think is a fair price for it. I will be pulling these parts on a once a week or twice a week basis. Since these are cars to be scrapped, now is your PERFECT opportunity to get that single clip or part of a console or door handle etc, without someone wanting to sell you the whole assembly.

Please keep requests to this thread and not PM. Don't post prices for anything less than $5, and be reasonable. Im doing this mostly because I just love the legends, but im not going to go to the yard and pull something for you and ship it for less than it costs me to do so, but im also not trying to gouge you to make a buck.

Are there other years that its the same for besides 88, or 88 only? Do you have a color preferene?

If you find a black driver side air vent and center trim piece that goes around the climate control/center air vents for a coupe that'd be great.

This is for G2, right? Do you know if they are different from sedan? Those pieces were there yesterday on a sedan.

update : noticed after I posted they scrapped several G1s. Now there is just an 87 and 3 90s. Most still have all the parts, Im happy to pull anything but for you G1 guys ill need you to tell me if possible whether or not it has to be from a specific year.

Ill also try to snap some pics of the cars next time i go so you guys can see what is left on them, but stuff dissappears fast.

 

Not sure about the 86-87 sedan, but the 88-90 sedan have the same lower dash design. Let me know if you find one.

 

I actually KNOW they don't have it. I need one also for my type F. They were about the only things missing from the car.

Ok everyone this is quite a list of things to check for. Im closing the door on part checking for this week. Ill let everyone know what I come up with.

I KNOW there ARE tan rear seats for G2, but thats not an item id ship. If you wanted to pick it up, id pull it for you.

I KNOW that L4zys Black dash part is there, because we pulled the black center console from a car last week.

I KNOW there is a working antenna motor for a G1, but the mast is broken off. Do you still want it?

car2n - there are at least one or two good sedan hoods for you, in either brown or dark blue. But like Nick said, shipping to you might be, um . . . hefty.

James - like Nick said, your dash is definitely there, and in quite good shape too. How much of it do you need? All the way across plus glovebox?

gold90ls - the power antenna from one of the other Legends might still be intact. In fact, I'll bet some other Honda models' antenna would be identical. One way or another, we'll find you one. No spoilers left though -- you got the last one in the yard.

You can get those hood support lifts new with a lifetime warranty off of ebay for 35:thumbsup: they are made by motor mite.

As far as pulling parts/ people not wanting them, you pay an extra 10% at this place and you have a 30 day no questions asked return policy, which is probably how I will be doing it.

I need the actual socket for the front bumper turn signal. I'm posting a pic of the one I'm talking about. It's the two wire socket. If I can get about 4" of wire, that would be great, since the idiot who stole mine cut the wires and took socket and all.

I think that there are only 3 door grains left. Someone already swpied the master window switches and took the driver side panel with them.

This thread should really be called "Tons of G1 parts for sale", most of the G2 parts were gone. Just random type F interior stuff, and a decent steering wheel that I pulled and hid in the back of a peugeot in case somebody wants it.

For goatman, I found a tan glovebox, but someone had already busted the hinges.

I think this is a pic of what L4zy wants. They dont allow cameras in there so the pic came out bad. I was going to go ahead and pull it for you, but the screws were rusted into place and i didnt have my impact screwdriver with me. Also wasn't sure how serious you were about getting it.

Another knicknack I need is a fog lamp switch. Mine doesn't stay pressed in for more than 1-2 seconds. I think the spring's busted. Here's a pic of my dash for compatibility's sake:

I got a spare fog light switch, which I took apart, cleaned the shit out of it, re-grease the area that is needed and now the button smoother than before. PM me if you want it.

And reboticon, if you can't get the lower dash out, its cool, I'll see if I can grab one from the junkyard near me this weekend before the meet lol.

 

Lets see a set of four 15" stock accord steelies, a tan center cover console or at least the cheap ass plastic hinge honda used my hinge broke and cover wont stay on. I'm sure there are other little parts I need but would like to check this place out.

 

I think they close at around 5:30pm, so it would be fairly hectic if you're only open evenings. Unless you want to shoot for the weekend sometime. I stole the black console from one G1, but the other three should have the hinges intact. Plus more Accords than you'll have time to look at in one day lol.

 

any fog lights for a G1? i have everything BUT the lights. someone out the switch in and i guess never put in lights.

 

i'm looking for a crank shaft pulley and a compressor for my type 2 motor of a 94 ls coupe

 

I could probably get you both of those if the pulley is the same as for a 93-95 type 1. The compressor, I could get, but I have no way of knowing if its good or not. It looks good but... I can get a warranty on it in case it doesnt work, but you would still have to pay shipping both directions with your refund.
